If I were you, I'd contact a lawyer and THEN talk to whoever is in
charge of your ACP program. The ACP person may not know, but may give
you misinformation. Conact a lawyer. Pay them a few hundred bucks if
necessary and find out for sure. Then, take the info to you ACP person
so when your criminal background stuff comes through, they will not be
caught off-guard.
