Hi Steve,
Unfortunately, you can not expunge a record where probation or
deferred adjudication was given. A record can only be diclosed
in cases like this, however the SBEC will still be able to veiw
the criminal history. I've completed my probation over 15 years
ago and have not gotten in any addtional trouble, so there's no
possible way I will have to do a mandatory prison sentence.
