Re: Filing a grievance, now what?
    Posted by: Bullied on 11/01/09

I filed all of those things and then some. Luckily, there were
witnesses. I am not a first year teacher. I did report the actions of
these teachers to CPS and to the district. I've done everything
possible, but thinking now I have to file a grievance so that I can be
protected. The administrator has a "special" relationship with one or
more of the administrators. I'm being retaliated against, because I
reported these teachers. I wish I could be moved off the campus, but
think the only way that is going to happen is if my attorney is
involved. I've been reprimanded for the communicating with people
outside of our campus and informing them of these issues.
