Re: Filing a grievance, now what?

I don't know who reads this site, but a few weeks ago...I was
assaulted by a teacher and my team leader on school property.
Not comfortable being around these particular teachers, I was
threatened with my job if I left the room, forced to be in the
same room with them. It makes me physically sick to be around
them. Towards the beginning of the school year, I questioned
these teachers with their physical treatment of students. I
didn't agree with them hitting students. They admitted to their
behavior, but nothing happened to them. Ever since, I have been
terrorized. I was told the teachers would receive reprimands for
the assault on me. I was told I would not report to my team
leader any longer, but interestingly, that changed by the end of
the week. Still reporting to my team leader and having to work
with the other teacher who also assaulted me. In the last 3
weeks, I've lost 20 pounds. I can't eat, sleep, and walk on
eggshells around these teachers. I was told that if the solution
the administrator thinks remedies the situation doesn't make
me "feel safe and comfortable" then I will be non-renewed for
    next year.
