Can you provide some more information please? What is the
nature of the bullying? Remember, there are two sides to every
story. I am just curious what it is you are dealing with as I
tend to error on the side of adults working out their
differences. If it is a peer to peer issue I would normally say
that a grievance is probably not the way to go. If it is a
superior/subordinate type situation then that is a different story.

Can you share what is going on that caused you to feel a need
for a grievance?
