You obviously need to read up on the grievance procedure and
what you can request for relief. It's all in the policy
manual. Offhand, I think you can ask for a transfer, but I
would be more inclined to have the bully transferred or dealt
with. Creating a hostile work environment can be a criminal
offense, or an action by which you can sue. Gear up to play
hardball, and let them know you are ready to do just that.
If your attorney is any good, he will know what to do.
