diversity on many levels......significant subpop groups,
econ challenged, lots with bad parenting, growing ESL pop,
new (cheaper) teachers, teacher coaches, many class sizes
over 25, sped ed and 504 all in a single inclusion class so
don't have to hire extra inclusion aides, etc, etc, all
kinds of diverse situations that impact efforts toward
district goal of exemplary
