I teach at an EXEMPLARY school in Houston, two years running, with a
46% Hispanic/24% African American student population.

We are exemplary because we have a leader who hires great teachers
and gives them the freedom and tools to do their job. We pride
ourselves on the vast array of sports, clubs, and electives we offer.
On top of this, our students our always challenged academically. We
work closely with the parents of our students to keep them informed
and involved.

Bottom line, it isn't easy to be exemplary. It takes a hell of a lot
of work. So the poster that wrote "Be a school of rich white kids?"
Go F*** yourself.
